I often wonder how George Frideric Handel or J.S. Bach would have composed music today if they had the tools we modern day composers have at our fingertips. The Baroque era of time from 1600 to 1750 was a very special time where much of the orchestra music was composed for Church services for the glory of God. It is said that Bach wrote on all of his music “Soli Deo Gloria” This a Latin term for “Glory To God Alone”. Oh we wonder if the former composers who have graduated on to Heaven in Christ as the cloud of witnesses are ever allowed to look down to see what is being composed for God today. So we too say, “Soli Deo Gloria!”.
This was originally and spontaneously composed during a special live broadcast on December 7th, 2022.
Orchestral suite is 36 minutes
