Venice’s unique location combines a vibrant downtown experience with parks, green spaces and the beach, which is less than a mile away. Scan the shoreline for shells and enjoy the sight of many gulf birds and seaside nature scenes.
Downtown Venice is more than just West Venice Avenue. Be sure to explore East Venice Avenue, Tampa Avenue, Miami Avenue, Nokomis Avenue and Nassau Street for an assortment of boutiques, restaurants, sweet treats, and services. So that there are no problems in sharing our beach house with our Tenants we are seeking to rent the room to a Holy Spirit filled Christian (or married couple) who are clean, respectful, tidy, happy and easy to get along with.
These following rules are strictly enforced and any breaking of these House rules can result in the Tenant being warned 1 time and any further breaking of rules can result in you moving out suddenly.
1. No Alcoholic beverages stored, No drinking of alcoholic beverages. No drugs of any kind used nor stored.
2. No smoking anything nor vaping of any kind.
3. No pets.
4. No pornographic material at all in any form from any source including PG13 and rated R and X movies. No romantic overnight guests.
5. No yoga nor anything attached to the yoga lifestyle nor any worship of other gods (example :yoga is hinduism)
6. No hoarding nor uncleanness. Trash and recycles must go out into dumpsters on Sunday night for Monday pickup. The Apartment should be cleaned 1 time per week and any spills taken care of immediately.
8. Parking in your designated area only please.
9. Tenants must respect our marriage, business office hours, our personal privacy and the proper sound barriers at all times ( no loud tv nor music that can be heard upstairs in our home please.)
10. No on purpose damage to property nor furnishings will be tolerated. ( accidents forgiven but must be quickly replaced at tenants expense.)
11. No parties ( you may have quiet family or Christian guests visiting until 10 pm) no romantic guests nor overnight guests of any kind allowed.
NOTE: the laundry is a shared space so you will be given 3 certain days and nights that the laundry is open for you to freely use. When you are finished at end of your 3 day use that night you must remove all of your clothing and then clean and sanitize the surfaces and make it clean and tidy for the use of the Landlords for the other 4 days. It is polite and proper to Please keep all personal underclothing discrete and private. Thank you.
Once the application is completed with proof of income and good past rental references and the rental agreement is signed and the funds are received for an extended stay of a winter retreat (5-6 month) or any length of stay that is longer than 2 months we can gladly and promptly add these items at your request into your room with no additional costs to you:
Please note that if any of our guests that are staying any amount of time need anything or would like to request anything that they may need or would add to the comfort of their stay we are so glad to talk these things over with you and add them quickly if it is possible for us. The Christian home management lives right on property upstairs and anything that may need repaired or replaced will be taken care of very quickly by us or the pros called in ASAP.
NOTES: The air-conditioning has been recently serviced and is in good working order.
Also please note that we can gladly re-organize the room to have the beds set up for a married couple or for a single person. Such as taking out 1 bed so that you have more room if 2 beds are not needed. We can also add a new or like new recliner or small sofa if 1 bed is taken out. You choose.
Need more space?? For an additional monthly fee we can finish out the garage remodel, paint and add an indoor/outdoor extra living space of up to 400 sq. feet in the extra garage area with indoor/outdoor furniture, flooring, rugs, TV screen and extra kitchenette space w/appliances, a grill and an electric fireplace. This area also has direct beach front views thru a screened in garage door or when closed can be nicely air-conditioned. Our plan is to do this project in future yet if you want this additional living space right away we can make sure it is done before you arrive “if ” you sign your lease and make full payment well in advance. We the Landlords require a first month rent payment, a last month rent payment, a cleaning fee and security deposit fee up front before the move in date and keys are given. If you are applying to stay for the entire winter 5-6 month stay your full 5-6 month rental fees are due at the time of your signing the lease with an added cleaning fee and security deposit. Cleaning fee is non refundable $100.00 , the security deposit is $500.00 and refundable at the time of your departure if you have caused no damage in the apartment and on property in general.

✔️ Downtown Venice’s shopping, clean well stocked Publix grocery, fast foods and fine dining is within walking distance (2 minutes car – 3 minutes bike – 9 minutes walk)
✔️ The beach and beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf are about 200 ft from the house and clear unobstructed views are scene from both bedroom windows and soon to come optional extra living space will have beachfront views too. The Additional space will have extra rental fees if you choose to rent and use it. Just ask for details.
✔️ We love the Lord and love to pray, worship and study the Word of God. My wife and I are Ministers we are also a Holy Spirit filled married couple and our living space and ministry offices are upstairs so you may hear us praying or taking care of Ministry business sometimes. We also have weekly meetings of prayer and worship with live music broadcasts held upstairs usually on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 pm. We pray that you are fully on board with this Church lifestyle and the evangelistic outreaches.
